CFI, an Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) and licensed California Real Estate Broker, was incorporated in 1964 as a California Corporation and since its origin has evolved into a leader in the commercial real estate industry. Its offices are located at 10951 Sorrento Valley Road, Suite 2A, San Diego, California and have been in the same location since 1977. Their areas of expertise are in commercial investment brokerage and real estate property and asset management. In 2016, CFI was ranked among the top 20 of San Diego County’s Commercial Real Estate Management Companies in the San Diego Business Journal.
CFI presently manages over 1,600,000 square feet of real estate with a value in excess of $385,000,000 including multi-tenant office buildings; retail shopping centers; industrial buildings; medical office buildings; net-leased investments and multi-family properties. CFI's clients include private investors, partnerships, developers, as well as family trusts.
