About the Company
Peter Bren and Chuck Schreiber founded KBS Realty Advisors, a registered SEC real estate investment advisor, in 1992 as a private equity real estate company specializing in the purchase and repositioning of under-performing real estate assets. Since inceptions, KBS and its affiliated entities have completed real estate transaction volume in excess of $15.8 billion. In May 2009, KBS was ranked as the #3 commercial real estate buyers in the United States. In July 2009, National Estate Investor ranked KBS among its 25 “Best of the Best” office and industrial real estate owners.
