Mosaic Student Communities

Mosaic Student Communities (“Mosaic”) is a real estate investment and property management company focused on the student housing markets at USC, Cal Poly Pomona and UC Berkeley. Our real estate investment arm acquires, finances and renovates properties while our property management company offers full-service property management to third-party owners of properties ranging from SFR’s to apartment buildings. Launched in 2009, Mosaic owns over 25 properties valued at $50 million.  In total, Mosaic manages over 60 properties in its portfolio that provides housing for over 800 student residents.
