MRE Capital is a private real estate investment firm based in Annapolis, Maryland.  We invest in office, retail, and multifamily assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.  We are seeking an intern to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering entering the field of commercial real estate.  This internship will allow you to work in an entrepreneurial commercial real estate environment and gain exposure to acquisitions, development, and asset management. You will be involved in all aspects of the business which include providing analytical support, lease analysis, modelling, asset management, contacting potential tenants for existing portfolio assets, assisting during the acquisitions due diligence process, and preparing various reports for lenders and investors.

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

• Basic understanding of real estate business and strong interest to work in the commercial real estate and investment industry.
• Degree in finance, accounting, or real estate masters program preferred.  Recent business graduates from reputable universities are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be a team player capable of working in a collaborative environment, yet also able to work independently.
• Financial modeling preferred, not required.
