Cross Street Partners (CSP) is a vertically integrated real estate company that is focused on re-building communities by creating vibrant urban mixed-use neighborhoods built on a foundation of innovation and entrepreneurial activity. We believe that developing at a neighborhood scale builds strong communities, and we specialize in adaptive reuse of historic properties, brownfield remediation, sustainable design and building practices, and transit-oriented development.
Making money is a goal for CSP, but it is not the only goal. The company thrives by changing neighborhoods, building communities, and doing projects that other developers might shun. We have an entrepreneurial spirit, and we approach real estate development and management from a unique perspective.
