Arena Capital Holdings and its affiliated entities, is a Miami based commercial real estate Investment Company, which draws from the lineage of a three decade family owned and operated real estate and banking businesses, R.V. Inmobiliaria S.A. and Terranova Corporation from Bogotá, Colombia. Arena represents the U.S. investment and property management arm, which is directed by the next generation of the family. Arena Capital Holdings was founded in 2002, with the intent of acquiring, repositioning and long-term hold of value-added multifamily and retail properties. e company over the past decade has focused its investment activities primarily in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County.
