About the Company
WhyHotel is a fast-growing venture backed startup that operates 100- to 250-room pop-up hotels in newly built, luxury apartment buildings. Our first 50-unit pilot ran from January 2017 to May 2017 and went off without a hitch. We are now in scaling mode to bring on projects in the Washington DC metro area and across the U.S. As the line between residential and hospitality continues to blur, WhyHotel is partnering with real estate developers to monetize their vacant apartments during lease-up with turn-key pop-up hotels.
