Commercial Real Estate Company is seeking a Maintenance Porter for a 190,000+ SF commercial building. This candidate must have some HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience. The candidate will interface directly with the company’s executives, tenants and outside vendors. This is an incredible opportunity for a candidate with a passion for the real estate industry to join a thriving, diverse, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial investment firm and receive hands on experience. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience. Training will be provided for the qualified candidate.
