These services are offered comprehensively, or individually, to address the clients specific needs.
The Community Design and Land Planning, and Urban Planning Studios are made up of 31 land planners, landscape architects, and architects. Together, they form a team of visionaries who seamlessly meld architectural intentions with land design to address each sites unique characteristics, market conditions, and objectives to produce value-added solutions. A superior caliber of senior design professionals possesses a unique blend of creative skills, and has generated a distinctive portfolio of project diversity. As a result of WHAs in-depth community design history and current involvement, the firms mixed-use, commercial, attached and detached residential project strength is complemented by community architecture. Other community and prototype projects include clubhouses, day care centers, retail centers, churches, auto and pedestrian bridge crossings, and related buildings. Our professionals strive to maintain a well-deserved reputation for innovative designs that provide qualitative value, while addressing the combined needs of our client builders/developer, the consumers and community. And importantly, WHAs reputation is supported by an extremely qualified architectural team of project directors, managers and technicians, who capably interpret design intentions into high-quality, user-friendly construction documents, with a level of performance that builds long-term client relationships.
An award-winning design firm, WHA has carved out a reputation for delivering successful neighborhoods and communities. The firm has accomplished this through the integration of innovative land and architectural design, the ability to integrate public and private uses, responsive solutions, a team philosophy, understanding of construction costs, adherence to budgets, and outstanding performance.
