COUNTY EXECUTIVE OFFICE (CEO), REAL ESTATE
The County of Orange, Real Estate function provides real estate services, analysis, and counsel to County departments and agencies, including lease and license transactions, acquisition and sale transactions, public/private partnership transactions, valuation, and land development services. CEO Real Estate has 32 staff positions and is comprised of the Real Estate Services Team and the Land Development Team directed by the Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO).
THE OPPORTUNITY
This Land Development Manager position is an exciting opportunity to work with the Land Development Team performing complex functions relating to real property acquisitions, zoning, entitlement, financial underwriting, finance, title and survey, development, market analysis, and management of the County real estate assets. The Land Development Manager will report to the Director of Land Development and help manage its third-party consultants.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate will possess three (3) years or more of hands-on land development experience and possess a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, engineering, and/or architecture.

A transaction listing or table is a document that must include each real estate development project that you have been involved with the project location, the project make-up or uses (e.g., residential, hospitality, retail, mixed-use), the project's gross square footage, project's gross development cost, and a complete description of your role with the project.
