KM Search Partners is a national executive search and professional recruitment firm representing C-level Executive Leadership, Middle Management, and experienced Associates. Our practice areas include Real Estate, Development, Infrastructure, Energy and Investment Management. Our team actively services clients from East to West Coast and throughout the United States.
Since 2011, Founder and Managing Partner Jay McCollins has been successfully placing high-performing professionals, many into esoteric, niche sectors within our practice areas.

At KM, Commercial and Multifamily Real Estate is our most significant practice area, specifically in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Affordable Housing. KM’s clients include leading national tax credit syndicators, investors, and fund managers along with several of the most prominent national and regional developers and owner/operators in LIHTC and Affordable Housing throughout the country. As members of ULI and Housing Colorado, we stay actively involved and up to date on the latest industry trends.
