Pennrose Properties

The foundation for Pennrose began in 1971 with the original goal of profoundly impacting the lives of working families through the development of affordable housing. The organization pioneered the conversion of dilapidated historic buildings into affordable, sustainable housing developments. In 1981, Pennrose Management Company was founded to provide management support to the properties being developed.

Today, Pennrose is recognized as a leader in complex mixed-income multifamily and mixed-use development and professional property management services.
