Job Summary –
This position is focused on the analysis of Multifmaily Investment Sales real estate transactions. In addition to the involvement in every stage of a transaction, including underwriting, market research, preparation of offering memorandums, and general assistance in day to day activities. Will work in a high-energy, team-focused environment directly with Managing Director and Vice Presidents.
Main Responsibilities
· Prepare offering memorandums for Multifamily transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries.
Experience Required
· 3+ years of experience in financial analysis environment; mortgage or commercial real estate industry is preferred. Self-motivated, team oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
· Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
