Tower Capital is a Phoenix-based, commercial real estate finance company specializing in debt and equity placement on behalf of real estate investors - both public and private. The firm utilizes a variety of capital sources to meet its clients' investment objectives, including banks, CMBS, GSE's, life cos, debt funds, and private equity. Tower Capital also provides in-house private money loans through its affiliate, Tower Capital Partners. The firm is active in financing a diverse group of asset classes including muiltifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use properties and master planned developments. It specializes in acquisitions, refinances, and ground up development throughout the country, and is most active in the west, southwest, and mountain states.
