Led by Michael Betancourt and Siraj Dadabhoy, AION Partners acts as Operating Partner on core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic real estate investments across the U.S. AION operates a $1.5 billion portfolio of office, retail, and multifamily assets located primarily in the New York – Washington D.C. corridor and across the Sunbelt. Our office and retail properties are well-located in major gateway markets, while our multifamily assets occupy the suburban infill locations surrounding them. The Team identifies and capitalizes acquisitions on a deal-by-deal basis, tapping an exclusive, established network of high net worth individuals and institutional partners for equity. 

AION Partners sources investments through a wide network of industry contacts, and co-invests equity alongside its partners on every transaction. Tapping over 50 years of collective industry experience, the Team has identifiable, hands-on operational strategies for each asset within the portfolio, executing complex transactions and assembling unique structures while actively managing the properties to maximize value.
