COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES : Source acquisition opportunities. Negotiate LOI’s and Purchase and Sale Agreements. Manage analysts/underwriting team. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES : •Intimate knowledge and experience acquiring office, retail and multifamily institutional quality assets •Successfully negotiate and executed commercial contracts up to $80 million. •Ability to source and acquire assets thru existing client/business network •Knowledge of real estate research resources. •Ability to present information clearly and accurately both written and orally •Intimate working knowledge of Argus, Microsoft Word and Excel programs. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : •Masters Degree or the equivalent in progressively responsible experience •20 years of full-time commercial real estate experience.
