Local Capital Group

Local Capital Group was founded in 2013 as a partnership to acquire, develop and construct mixed-use and multifamily buildings in core, urban markets. Local has since diversified into additional real estate asset classes by adding industry expertise to its growing Team. To date, the Company has sourced and invested $125 million of equity with $375 million in assets value across seven investments which include greenfield development of mixed-use sites, value add office/industrial, and value add mixed-use buildings. Local’s investments are in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York City and Portland and include 120 units currently under construction. The Company’s model is to protect against downside risk by developing properties in economically robust markets.
