Integrated Capital Management

Integrated Capital Management (“ICM”) is an investment management firm focused on helping experienced commercial real estate operators scale their platforms and AUM on a national basis by offering strategic co-investment capital. Principal equity investments are primarily executed through the firm’s affiliated private equity fund, Integrated Realty Capital I LP (“Fund”) and are generally structured as co-GP / sponsor equity, joint venture equity, preferred equity or entity-level. In addition to the Fund, ICM can access additional equity investment through an affiliated investment banking platform, Integrated Realty Advisors (“IRA”), as well as through ICM’s high net worth, family office and private wealth management relationships.
