NCRC Development Corporation is one of the entities involved in the GROWTH (Generating Real Opportunities for Work Through Housing) Initiative. The mission of the GROWTH Initiative, through the NCRC Housing Rehab Fund, is to revitalize neighborhoods and grow wealth for low-to-moderate income families and communities through homeownership, while providing workforce development and HUD-certified housing counseling assistance to buyers and their communities.
