Bayside Realty Partners, the dominant provider of brokerage and property management services for medical office buildings in the Bay Area, is actively seeking a VP of Leasing to be an integral part of our 4-person brokerage team representing our medical office building landlords. With a team of 20 employees in 5 offices, Bayside Realty Partners has as long-term clients several healthcare systems (Dignity Health, Stanford, Sutter Health), institutional owners (Prudential, PMB/Ventas, Washington Capital Management, Regency, Harrison Street and others), healthcare districts (Eden Health District and Sequoia Healthcare District) and numerous private investors. Through our unique medical office market knowledge, proprietary database of comparables and users, and 17 years of experience, we have the largest medical office footprint in the Bay Area. In addition to property management and leasing, we have completed numerous sales of multi-tenant and condominium medical office buildings, tenant representation transactions and lease administration services and condominium conversions.
