Dunbar Real Estate Investment Management (“Dunbar”) was formed as a private equity real estate firm in 2011 to take advantage of market opportunities and provide solutions to challenged commercial real estate properties. Dunbar believes that there is a long-term opportunity to provide attractive risk adjusted cash flow opportunities to investors by investing in quality industrial and office assets that need to be repositioned with additional capital and/or leasing efforts. Dunbar has acquired office and industrial assets throughout Southern California and Arizona since inception in forty-five separate transactions totaling over two million square feet. The firm has deep market relationships with brokers, owners, and other market participants that have been a key factor in its ability to source investment opportunities. The ability of the firm to act quickly and close in a timely fashion has allowed the firm to successfully grow its footprint in the marketplace.
