Founded in 2015 by Jared Marcus and John Livanos, LM Real Estate Partners is a fully integrated commercial real estate operating company specializing in the acquisition and operation of industrial real estate. LM’s expertise comes from many years of institutional experience in real estate debt and equity investment which has included ground-up development, loan underwriting and origination, purchase of subordinate and distressed debt, and management of structured financing products secured by commercial real estate debt. LM has built and maintained an extraordinary network of brokers and lenders over the years with institutional and local experience. It has strong relationships throughout local and regional commercial real estate communities. This ‘on-the-ground’ philosophy in its target markets gives LM early insight into properties as they become available for sale, often producing proprietary deal flow.
