Since its founding by Joseph Cassin in 1986, Cassin & Cassin LLP has grown to nearly 40 attorneys in four different cities. Now in its fourth decade, Cassin is a known name in the world of commercial real estate transactions. Today, we provide auto dealership lending, tax credit lending, and many other niche services to complement our core base of services. Additionally, we counsel individual private clients in need of residential real estate financing, estate planning and administration. We also represent private foundations and take on a variety of pro bono projects throughout the year.
