First Capital Advisors ("FCA") is a private real estate investment firm that owns and operates high quality real estate through the United States. Since 2013, FCA has owned 15 multi-family properties (2,600 apartment units), 12 retail properties (120,000 rentable square feet), and invested in various other real estate ventures. FCA is pursuing new acquisitions and development opportunities in the retail, multi-family and industrial sectors. First Capital Advisors was founded in 2013 by Christopher J. Pope and is an affiliate of First Trust Portfolios, a financial services firm founded in 1991. FCA has locations in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL and Austin, TX.
