VCG wants to be your preferred provider of equity or mezzanine capital for good real estate acquisition and development projects from $7 million to $50 million. Mezzanine Loans Vintage Funding, LLC, a VCG affiliate, is a direct lender that provides mezzanine loans, on all types of commercial and multi-family properties, as well as vacant land. The minimum loan amount is $2 million and the maximum is generally $7 million per project. Note Purchases VCG will acquire performing or non-performing notes secured by real estate, in the form of either individual notes or note pools. Real Estate Development Opportunities VCG will acquire land to build shopping centers, strip centers, condominiums and apartments.
