 Treetop Companies is a real estate investment firm founded in 2005 by Azi Mandel and Adam Mermelstein. Best known for its ability to identify growing neighborhoods, Treetop is a multi-faceted national firm focused on multi-family, low income housing, and industrial investments with select investments in the hospitality and leisure space as well. These investments are value-add repositioning and also ground up development. With over 300 employees, the Treetop Companies and its entities self manage almost all of its properties and has partnered with other investment firms to utilize our institutional team to manage their portfolios. Treetop Companies and its related entities currently own 9,000 units, 2.5 million square feet of industrial space, and has a pipeline of 8 million square feet of developable real estate.
