Versity Investments, one of the nation’s leading investors in student housing and conventional multi-family real estate, seeks an experienced Closing Coordinator to join our talented acquisition and asset management team. The successful candidate will have significant experience handling complex commercial or residential real estate transactions and will be ready to work long hours leading up to closing. The position involves a variety of transactional matters including acquisitions, financings, and development in all regions in which Versity transacts throughout the country. This position is based at our Southern California office in Aliso Viejo.
