Longline Financial, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Longline Holdings, LLC “Longline”), a private investment company based in Atlanta, GA. Longline invests opportunistically across the capital structure in direct real estate and hard assets, related credit strategies and select operating companies. Since 2012, Longline principals have invested over $300 million in equity on behalf of institutional and individual investors, as well as for its own account. Longline Financial is focused on originating high yield real estate bridge and construction loans and making hard asset secured special situation investments. Over the next 36 months, Longline Financial aims to invest up to $500 million across various strategies with its primary institutional investor.
