SkyWalker Property Partners targets acquisitions from $1 million to $10 million, a niche too large for many private investors, yet too small for institutional investors. Our focus is opportunistic commercial properties in Texas, and slightly more conservative investments in select markets of neighboring states. Our ability to pinpoint underlying values in office, industrial, flex and retail properties has resulted in a history of successful investments, including distressed assets, REO properties and bank notes.
