Cooper Square Acquisitions is a fast growing, entrepreneurial, value add real estate investment firm focussed on small bay industrial opportunities. Founded in 2016 to take advantage of distressed SFR opportunities in the Philly metro area, we now own and manage 250+ SFR & multifamily units, 80,000 sq ft of small bay industrial space, and other select commercial properties. We have a mandate to grow to 1,000,000 sq ft of small bay industrial in the next 3 years. As a small, entrepreneurial company there is no bureaucracy, new ideas are welcomed, and our team members are given the opportunity to grow with us.
