Weidner Investment Service, Inc. is an owner operated, multi-family investment and property management company. We currently own and manage nearly 17,000 units with an employee base of approximately 500. We are privately owned by Dean Weidner, and the corporate headquarters is based out of Kirkland, Washington. We currently operate in five different regions to include: Alaska, Colorado, Texas, Washington, and Western Canada. We are a growing company the prefers to promote from within, and offers unlimited growth potential.
