Since 1993, we have delivered over 8,500 homes to Bay Area communities. Our Commercial Development & Advisory (CD+A) Group has completed over 100 commercial projects locally totaling 14.5 million square feet and currently has 6.5 million square feet valued at over $7 billion under way.
