The National Development Council is the oldest nonprofit economic development organization in the country. We work in community and economic development, small business lending, and affordable housing. We provide equity for affordable housing, loans for small businesses, training for community development finance professionals, and financial advisory and real estate development services to municipalities and other nonprofit organizations.
