Bowery Properties is a private real estate investment and development firm based in Miami, FL, whose primary focus is on opportunistic, value-add multifamily investments in Florida, as well as net lease assets across the country. We own and self-manage over one thousand multifamily units in South Florida and $300M of net lease assets across the United States. Bowery Properties is focused on expanding our residential portfolio through additional acquisitions and development of new apartment buildings, and growing our net lease asset base by maintaining long standing relationships with quality credit tenants, brokers, and property owners throughout the country.
