Frank Fiorella is the Co-Founder and Principal Broker of Princeton Realty Group, headquartered in Mount Kisco, New York. With a career spanning both public accounting and commercial real estate, Frank brings more than three decades of financial, analytical, and transactional experience to the firm.
Frank began his professional career in 1986 as a public accountant, specializing in audit and forensic accounting. He later transitioned into commercial real estate, focusing first on retail and industrial leasing, and then expanding into investment sales across New York and Connecticut. Over the years, he has played a key role in numerous notable transactions throughout Westchester and Bronx Counties, advising owners, investors, and tenants on complex acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, as well as an MBA from Manhattan College's O'Malley School of Business. He is a licensed Principal Broker in both New York and Connecticut and currently resides in Amawalk, New York.

In 1987, Todd began his career as a real estate broker and has been involved in many notable projects in Westchester and Fairfield Counties. His knowledge has led to the formation of Albright Equities, a private equity firm specializing in the syndication of real estate investments. This entity partners with business owners and investors who want to own real estate and like to have experienced partners to maximize returns. Albright Equities has current interests in approximately two million square feet of commercial properties in the New York and Connecticut region.
A successful entrepreneur all around, Todd has become invested and sits on several boards. “I feel that having the ownership approach applied to real estate for a company, really helps understand the goals of the client”.
