PMG Affordable is a subsidiary venture of Property Markets Group (PMG), the national investment, development, and asset management firm founded in 1991. PMG has an extensive portfolio of completed projects, and a multi-billion-dollar pipeline which totals approximately 8,500 market-rate and mixed-income residential units.  PMG and its subsidiaries have over 100 employees based in Miami with regional / project offices in locations including Tampa and New York.
