About the CEO
Tim Stanley - Tim formed BCT Development after a 30-year career in commercial real estate and development spanning multiple institutions and product types, most predominantly within apartment development and homebuilding.
Chris Marsh - Chris founded Cherry Tree Capital Partners in 2021 and formed BCT Development in 2023 after an 18-year career at the Irvine Company, where he served as President of the Apartments Division. Chris leverages his vast knowledge of commercial and multifamily real estate and capital market relationships to provide the strategic direction for our firm.
Chris Marsh - Chris founded Cherry Tree Capital Partners in 2021 and formed BCT Development in 2023 after an 18-year career at the Irvine Company, where he served as President of the Apartments Division. Chris leverages his vast knowledge of commercial and multifamily real estate and capital market relationships to provide the strategic direction for our firm.
With more than 30 years of proven experience, Chris previously led the strategic reinvestment, asset management segmentation strategy, capital allocation, acquisitions and dispositions for the existing 62,000-unit portfolio at the Irvine Company.
