About the CEO
Jeff Guberman started his career in theatrical design and production, travelling the world designing and building large scale installations. This gave him the ability to see a property and see creative uses for space that add value in unique ways. He is used to entering a new market and building a great team, as he has done time and again. As a serial entrepreneur, Jeff has founded and exited 2 businesses and still maintains control of other operating businesses. Jeff has been investing in real estate since 2007 – including single family rental, multifamily and student housing.
