Our approach is straightforward. We identify overlooked and undervalued properties in secondary and tertiary Southeast markets where the story for creating value is clear. About the CEO
Jeff Guberman started his career in theatrical design and production, travelling the world designing and building large scale installations. This gave him the ability to see a property and see creative uses for space that add value in unique ways. He is used to entering a new market and building a great team, as he has done time and again. As a serial entrepreneur, Jeff has founded and exited 2 businesses and still maintains control of other operating businesses. Jeff has been investing in real estate since 2007 – including single family rental, multifamily and student housing.
