About the CEO

 As Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of TradeLane Properties, Mr. Neil Doyle shapes the company's direction and drives its long-term success. With over 42 years of experience, he leads the executive team, providing strategic guidance in capital deployment, operations, investor relations, market opportunities, and reporting.

From 2012 to 2018, Mr. Doyle served as the Managing Director - Central Region at DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), a leading publicly traded warehouse/industrial property REIT.

He was responsible for overseeing all operational and capital deployment activities in the Central Region, with market offices in Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, and Houston. This region managed over 25 million square feet of industrial properties, generating in excess of $110

million in NOI per annum (2018). Mr. Doyle served on both the Investment Committee and the Executive Committee of DCT Industrial, which was acquired by Prologis (NYSE: PLD) on August 22, 2018, for $8.4 billion.

Previously, from 1997 to 2011, Mr. Doyle was employed at CenterPoint Properties Trust, the nation's first publicly traded Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: CNT) and the largest private property owner/developer in the Chicagoland region. As Executive Vice President of Infrastructure and Transportation, he led the development of intermodal and maritime port-based logistics centers at key U.S. trade hubs, including the $3B+ Joliet Intermodal Center, a redevelopment of a U.S. Superfund site and construction of the two largest intermodal rail terminals in the world (UPRR and BNSF), integrated with 40M square feet of logistics space and over 150-acres of dedicated IOS facilities.

In addition to the logistics based mega-developments, his resume includes multiple large-scale brownfield industrial redevelopments with over 13M SF amongst thirty-seven build-to-suit and speculative projects.

Mr. Doyle also served on the CenterPoint’s Investment Committee and Executive Committee. CenterPoint was acquired by CalPERS in 2006 for approximately $3.4 billion, yielding a 23% compounded annual return to shareholders over 12 years as a public company.

Prior to CenterPoint, from 1993 to 1997, Mr. Doyle worked in project management at The Walsh Group, a Chicago-based general contracting, construction management, and design-build firm, recognized as one of the nation's top 10 contractors by revenue.

Mr. Doyle has presented on various industry topics such as industrial real estate development, global trade, brownfield remediation, infrastructure investment, and logistics across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and China. He has spoken to audiences including the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, and the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. His insights have been featured in Bloomberg Business, Journal of Commerce, Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business, Virginia Business, Asian Shipper Gazette, Infrastructure Investor Magazine, and the Chicago Metropolis 2020 Freight Study, and he has made appearances on Chicago Public Radio.

Mr. Doyle has been active with several professional organizations including NAIOP, the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA), the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA), and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).

Mr. Doyle received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
