 Continental Realty Group, LLC (“CRG”, the “Company”) is a seasoned real estate private equity investment firm dedicated solely to the acquisition, renovation, development, asset management, and disposition of multifamily investments throughout the continental United States. With four decades of operations and more than $3 billion in transaction history, CRG has built a reputation for having a disciplined and data-driven approach to multifamily investment. Our current portfolio consists of approximately 14 properties / 3,100 units. 

In 2019, the Company underwent a restructuring to facilitate its continued growth in the multifamily industry. What was previously known as Continental Realty Advisors became Continental Realty Assets (“CRA”) and a new parent entity known as Continental Realty Group was created. Additionally, Continental Development Company (“DevCo”) was formed to develop residential communities along the Front Range. CRA houses our existing property acquisition platform, as well as our asset management services. 

The Company’s founder, David Snyder, also formed the Community Growth Foundation – a non-profit organization focused on fostering healthy communities through programmatic and strategic initiatives in housing and support services and to provide a safe community for residents to grow and thrive.
