RMG HOUSING
RMG Housing (www.rmghousing.com) was founded by Mo Zahrawi and Tim Roth in 2017 to develop and build affordable multi-family housing for residents of California. RMG Housing, in partnership with TRG Construction, a licensed general contractor, and the SDS Supportive Housing Fund (www.sds.capital), expect to develop and build at least 2,000 units of permanent supportive housing by 2030. RMG is currently developing 14 multi-family communities in Los Angeles and the Bay Area, providing homes for over 1,000 individuals. RMG Housing is a growing organization, and we are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

About the CEO
Mo Zahrawi began his career in real estate investment and development in 2003 and has worked with Goldman Sachs, Northstar Real Estate Finance, Westbrook Capital and Richmond American Homes. He has acquired and developed over 6,000 multi-family units and managed over $1 billion of investments. Prior to establishing RMG, Mo was the Managing General Partner of Diamond Rock Partners, a privately held Santa Monica-based real estate owner, developer and investment advisor. Mo received a BA in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Colorado and an MBA with honors from the Booth Business School at the University of Chicago
