About the CEO
Joe is an owner and also the son of retired Board Director Patrick Daly Sr. He currently serves as Board Director and Chief Executive Officer. Joe has played an active role in the company since 2010 when he started as an Assistant General Manager. In his current role, his focus is on deal-structuring, finance, and executive oversight over the company's profitability, long-term vision, and leadership team. Joe grew up in Danville, VA, and holds a degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech. Joe brings several years of experience in operations, sales and marketing, and leadership.
