About the CEO
Michael is the founder and Principal of Vertigo Real Estate Ventures. He now directs the development of the firm’s strategic outlook by overseeing Investor Relations as well as the Acquisition and Disposition processes. Prior to incorporating Vertigo, Michael worked at Arbor Realty Trust, a publicly traded Commercial Mortgage REIT, where he was responsible for screening and underwriting Agency and Private Label Loans for multifamily apartments and portfolios across the United States.
Michael knew he wanted to make a shift to the equity side of the residential investment space, and in November of 2020, he founded Vertigo and began sourcing off-market distressed single-family properties.
Originally from Massachusetts, Michael attended Elon University where he played Lacrosse and received a B.S. in Finance. Outside of business, Mike enjoys skiing, sports, golfing and travel.
