This role offers a highly competitive commission-based compensation structure. Earning potential is expected to range annually between $325,000 and $375,000 within the first 12-18 months, based on commissions, with unlimited upside potential.

About the CEO
Nadeem is the founder and president of GreenBirch Capital – a firm that specializes in multifamily, construction and commercial real estate financing. Nadeem has worked in commercial mortgages for close to a decade and throughout his career he has underwritten and funded well over $4 billion commercial mortgages.
Nadeem has been fascinated by real estate and urban planning from a young age. He was always curious about the how and the why behind real estate development. Why were certain buildings designed the way that that they were, who did they serve and how development progressed in various parts of a city.
After spending the early years of his career in accounting, finance and and management consulting he decided to pursue his passion for real estate and got into commercial mortgages. He joined a large commercial mortgage brokerage and worked his way up the ranks from being an analyst to originating and maintaining a large book of business.
In 2021 he decided to leave the brokerage to start his own commercial mortgage brokerage. The primary driver was that is what he felt was needed to provide the best possible service to his clients. It was also the fulfilment of a dream he always had to run his own business.
He founded the company on 3 key principles:
