About the CEO

Hal Collett joined Colliers in August 2020 as the Chief Operating Officer to help direct agency finance operations.


Hal works closely with Colliers Debt & Structured Finance President, Matt Rocco, and Chief Executive Officer, David Juran, along with the entire management team, to grow all agency business lines at Colliers Mortgage. As a long-time and respected leader in the agency finance industry, Hal brings a proven record of leading teams of professionals across all segments of the business.


Hal has held a series of senior roles at PGIM Real Estate since 2002, including responsibility for servicing and asset management related to a commercial loan portfolio valued at $85 billion-plus across multiple capital sources. Assets under management included CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and the company's general account.
