About the CEO

Clint Mann, President and owner of Urban Pace, Clint drives strategy, brand, and execution across the company’s full suite of services. Over the past 20+ years, he’s worked on everything from two-unit walk-ups to waterfront resort-style condos, affordable housing to some of the highest-end residences ever sold in D.C. His footprint stretches from Connecticut to Florida, and his fingerprints are all over the Mid-Atlantic’s top-performing communities.

He also serves as Chair of the DC Building Industry Association, where he pushes for smart housing policy and makes sure developers have a voice at the table. A longtime D.C. local and licensed broker in seven states, Clint’s equal parts strategist, dealmaker, and design snob. When he’s not in a sales meeting or reviewing floor plans, he’s chasing three kids under three—which should honestly count as a second job.
