Prime actively seeks multifamily properties located in major markets within California, Oregon and Washington. As a private firm with discretionary equity, we aim to offer sellers efficient evaluations and certainty of close. Our flexible transaction structuring accommodates complex situations such as 1031 exchanges, TICs, extended escrows and tax-driven partial sales.

Our focus on long-term ownership provides a rare investment viewpoint, and our capital structure allows us to consider large portfolios or individual assets. We generally look for investment opportunities that meet the following criteria:

• Major markets in California, Oregon and Washington
• Existing apartment communities of 75+ units
• $20M to $500M transaction size
• Single assets and portfolio
• Flexible regarding submarket and vintage
• Prefer garden style communities but open to mid-rise and high-rise
