Housing Partnership - NY

The Housing Partnership is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with more than 40 years of experience helping create, develop, preserve, and promote quality affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households in New York City. The organization works as an intermediary among public agencies, developers, financial institutions, community organizations, and residents to make affordable housing more efficient and accessible. To date, the Housing Partnership has helped house more than 99,000 families, awarded more than $550 million in affordable housing subsidies, and leveraged more than $11 billion in private financing.

The organization supports first-time homebuyers, affordable housing developers, property owners, and communities through services including education, counseling, sponsorship, financing, compliance, asset management, and housing opportunity support. Its mission is centered on strengthening communities by expanding safe, stable, and affordable housing for working families across New York City.
