About the CEO
Provectus, Inc. is guided by a hands-on leadership team that combines executive oversight with deep discipline-specific expertise across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering. President and Principal-in-Charge Ali Gachpazha, P.E., directs the firm’s strategic and technical operations and leads electrical engineering and quality assurance; Principal Robert L. Melton, CPD/BArch, provides senior leadership for plumbing and fire protection design; and Project Manager Alex Gachpazha leads mechanical design, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery. Working collaboratively, the team gives clients direct access to senior professionals, responsive decision-making, consistent quality control, and continuity from initial assessment and design through bidding and construction administration. This integrated structure enables Provectus to deliver practical, energy-conscious, and well-coordinated MEP solutions while maintaining the personal service and accountability of a focused consulting firm.
