About the Company
Bay West Development is a real estate acquisition and development firm based in the Bay Area, and the development affiliate of Bay West Group, founded in 1979. For over 45 years, the company has focused on creating value through the acquisition and development of urban, infill, and opportunistic deals. Most of our portfolio centers around housing but we have owned and held R&D/office, retail, and industrial assets as well.
Bay West Development remains intentionally lean, allowing its experienced team to stay closely involved in every project — from acquisition and entitlement through architecture, construction, and asset management. This hands-on approach has allowed the firm to deliver strong returns for investors and partners while adding lasting vitality to the communities where we build/own.
